is sure the busiest month of the year and i'm very glad that i'm half way through december! lols..

My December started with RLA Children's Camp! Me and the camp committee have been meeting up to discuss about this camp since the beginning of this year. This camp is like one of the biggest projects given to me this year as a sunday school coordinator.

The teachers and i decided to break the barrier by organizing the camp to be outside church and not in church. It was sure not easy to convince parents and find a good location suitable for the kids to stay outside and at the same time parents can be assured that their child's safety is being taken care of. The responsibility to look after the kids was sure heavy and stressful.

I remember the final week before the camp was the most stressful period and me being part of student council again, i had to be involved in the preparation for graduation salute and exercises.. and i'm not going to mention about assignments here.. that'd be another story >.< I dunno how did i managed to do all these at the same time.. somehow i managed to pull off everything.. It was really by god's grace.. really :)

and then.. it was the day.. the day each of the teachers have been looking forward to and all the kids were really excited about it..

Though there were hiccups here and then.. it was nothing and everything turned out awesome! :)

Kids enjoyed themselves much.. Teachers were exhausted but we were glad and truly blessed to be able to be part of this camp to serve the children for God :)

I have learned much from this camp, from the teachers and the kids..

Kids responded well and teachers have been truly an encouragement.. I'm thankful for them :)

Serving God sometimes can be very tiring.. it takes up all our energy physically but it is a joy and an honoured to serve Him and His strength is sure sufficient for us!

though tired, i'm blessed.. really am.. am truly grateful for everything!

You're great God! and how can i not want to serve You more?

I really pray hard for each of the kids.. that they would grow up to be closer and closer to God.

After camp was the "Orang Asli" Christmas mission trip..

we went there to bless them with Christmas Carol(in malay), gifts, prayers and more!

It was really tiring to sing corals to 12 houses at 2 pm in the afternoon till 5:30 pm (non-stop) i have never sang so long in a day and i have never been out under the sun for so long as well but it was good to serve them and be with them.. It was worth it to see the joy in their faces.. :)

And the puppet show was sure not easy to do too.. lols.. but it was enjoyable thing to do with the team..

they are amazing people and i love them much :) really *hearts* them a lot

the mission team with Aunty Chan beside me on my right who led the group :)

though tiring.. it's a joy to be there! :) our joyful faces... Christopher, shinwen & me :)

This song had been playing over and over in my mind 2 weeks ago. Told myself that i would like to write something about it here in my blog and i didn't until today >.< This morning when Dorcas sang it during chapel, this song filled my heart again. This song reminded me of the day when i decided to give my life to God, it reminded me the purpose of me being here in BCM, it reminded me of my calling and it reminded me that it is an honour to serve God.. i have chosen

sometimes

is tiring, difficult, painful and discouraging

and many times it makes me feel inadequate, lousy and lonely

No matter what God never leaves me alone in this journey.
He has sent me wonderful people to encourage and to support me during times when i thought i couldn't go on any longer..

God blessed me with friends who are willing to lift me up.. Friends who will bring me closer to Jesus.

No matter how difficult it is to push the rock in front of us.. we still do it together with a bright smile :)

I'm reminded again that You're always here with me in this journey..
Last night.. when i couldn't sleep.. thoughts of how good You were to me crept into my mind.. You're truly good to me Lord.. and I am really blessed..

I've been wanting to update this thing.. Something more solid perhaps such as what i have been up to and some of my brilliant thoughts instead of just stating out my scattered thoughts >.< Anyway inspirations have not been on my side lately.. so yeah..

Currently having a week break from BCM and managed to get away for 2 days last Mon and Tues to Ipoh with some of my BCM friends.. I have to admit that in the beginning i didn't feel like going.. was kinda reluctant but after being pestered by friends :P i agreed to it..

and guess what.. i really enjoyed this trip much :D Not so much because of the food but the spending time together and the best part of the trip was the terrifying and adventurous journey in the cave. It was definitely something new to me.. I've never been to such challenging adventure.. The feeling after accomplishing it was amazing... It's like being lost for days, gone through tons of obstacles, struggles, pain and finally you're out!.. that feeling is indescribable.. haha..

after accomplishing the deadly challenges.. all of us managed to get out of the cave safely..

Overall.. It was amazing :) If you ask me whether i would want to go to the cave for the second time.. i'd most prob will say no.. This experience.. once is enough! haha..

So much more that i want to update here.. about my recent eteam to Kota Kemuning AOG, the children's camp which i've been working on, friends and etc.. couldn't coz of the WHI assignments I was struggling to finish and YAYS to me cause i successfully completed it :) Now Corinthians awaits...

I've been thinking of starting on a personal spiritual journal.. Know few of my friends are doing it because of a course requirement.. Me thinks that it's good.. at least it would help me to reflect more about my relationship with God rather than something else.. and i should get a small notebook too to note down all the prayer items from ppl who asked me to pray for them.. so much to pray about... so many ppl to pray for.. oh man.. i really must be discipline in this area..
I must say this again! So much to learn about serving You, Lord..
Please teach me how.. Need You..

I heard this from the radio while driving to church..

"Whatever you do; do it with love, passion and patience"

Even a secular radio station broadcast about something which is so similar to Christian teachings. The teachings that we have known from the very start we became Christians. Things that we know we should do but we often we fail to do so. We tend to take it for granted.

The non-Christians know what it means to love others and work wholeheartedly even though they don't have God in them. What more we Christian with Christ in us should do?

We should be ten times better!

This is something for me to ponder about and you too!
